We are a family owned and operated waste removal company located in Wylie Texas. With a focus in residential and neighborhood trash removal, our goal is to keep your city clean while providing outstanding customer service.
Our starting price is $33 a month and goes up base on your location. Included with the service is one 96 gallon bin. Here is how our pricing works. 1 bin is $33 per month 2 bins is $35 per month 3 bins is $52.5 per month 4 bins is $70 per month (NOTE: We bill 3 months at a time. Pricing subject to change based on location and bin count.)
Do you charge extra fees?

No, our pricing includes everything. There are no extra fees.
Do I need to buy new bins?

No, we provide a bin as a part of our service. Additional bins will cost extra.
How much do additional bins cost?

How can I get a new or replacement trash bin?

Please contact us via phone or email and we will offer replacement services.
Can I reuse my existing bins?

Yes, unless they are owned or branded by a competitor. If you own the bins but they have a competitor's branding, we can rebrand your bins for you.
Bins not branded Lone Star Trash are at risk of not being emptied as our staff may assume you pay for multiple services. For example, recycling.
Do you offer bulk pickup?

Yes, we offer bulk pickup as a part of our service for no additional cost. Our goal is to attempt to pick up everything that is out at the street within reason. If we can not pick it up, or something gets left, please contact us to schedule a pickup.
Bulk pick-up typically runs once a month and is by scheduled request only. We ask that you limit your bulk request to 1 to 3 items.
Example bulk items may include mattresses, bed frames, pallets, and other large items that will not fit in a bin.
Do you pick up large items?

Yes, within reason. If you are concerned about a large item or have questions, please contact us via phone or email. Some large items may cost extra.
What do you NOT pick up?

We learned the hard way that we can NOT accept refrigerators (or anything with freon in it), paint, tires, or large applicances. The dump has STRICK policies on these items.
Do you pick up yard waste (grass, sticks, etc)?

Yes, we simply ask that you bag any clippings and cut branches down to 3 feet and bundle them.
On any given day each our drivers are picking up 300 to 500 houses. In order for our system to run smoothly we have an allotted amount of time we can spend at each house to be efficient and still make it to the dump before they close.
As a result, if yard waste is NOT packaged for easy disposal, it is at risk of being left behind.
Do you pick up trash is NOT in a bin?

Yes, our goal is to pick up everything at the side of the road within reason. Large, bulky, and or heavy items may require a scheduled pickup.
Do you offer recycling?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer recycling at the moment.
What day will you pick up?

This really depends on your location. Mondays = Princeton, Lowry Crossing, McKinney (south of 380) Tuesday = Wylie, Parker, St. Paul, Garland, Rowlett Wednesdays = Seis Lagos & Brockdale Thursday = Farmersville, Copeville, Nevada, & Lavon Fridays = McKinney (north of 380), Melissa, Blueridge, and Anna (NOTE: Days are subject to change.)
